We appreciate your interest in presenting at our upcoming conference at the DoubleTree by Hilton Williamsburg in Virginia. To ensure the success of your session, we kindly request that you furnish the information detailed below for review by the board members.

Breakout sessions are graciously provided by the presenters. Equipment such as a projector, screen, podium, and microphone will be available during the presentation. However, you will need to bring your laptop with an HDMI connection. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your session and connect with your Region III representative for any required support. If you intend to bring supplementary materials, please prepare for an audience of about 50 attendees.

Upon submission of your details, they will be circulated among the VPPPA Region III Board Members for evaluation before our upcoming conference. Thank you for considering participation. We look forward to the possibility of your involvement.
