Backup Presenters

We are excited that you are interested in presenting at the conference. To best support your session, we ask that you provide the following information below so we can share it with the conference attendees.
By filling out this information, it is understood there will be no additional charges to Region III VPPPA by the presenter(s) for speaking fees, lodging, meals, or any other supplies. Breakout sessions are presented complimentary by the presenter(s). In addition, please register for the conference on the website (link above).
A projector, screen, podium, and microphone will be available for use during your presentation. If you will be using a computerized presentation, please bring your laptop. Please let us know should you require other audiovisual support. Please arrive to your session at least 15-20 minutes before your session start time and make contact with your Region III representative who will be available for assistance. If you are bringing any materials associated with your presentation, please be prepared for the average class size of 50 attendees.
Once you have submitted your information, I will send you an email to make sure you have all your information spelled correctly and to confirm that you will added as a backup speaker.
We also ask that you stay in contact with me so that we can work together to ensure your session is a success if you have to present or if your availability changes. We want to thank you in advance for potentially participating in our conference.
